Meet The Team

Jeremy Jacobs

Jerry is the President of Parks & Walkways Alliance, where he channels his love for green spaces into spearheading improvements in small, underrepresented parks. Originally from Buffalo, he now calls Boston's South End home, but you'll often find him exploring parks and pathways all around the city.

By day, Jerry works in growth equity in Boston's Back Bay. He is an avid Bills fan and East Coast skier. In his free time, he enjoys old stereos, playing guitar, and riding dirt bikes.

Madeleine Brason

As the Secretary and Co-Founder of Parks and Walkways Alliance, Madeleine helps to coordinate and manage team and community initiatives. 

Professionally,  Madeleine works as a Clinical Lab Software Trainer.  She earned her BA in Pre-Medicine from Denison University and Post-Graduate Degree from King's College of London. In her free time, Madeleine enjoys playing piano, pilates, and taking walks around the South End.

Alex Barenboim

Co-Founder and treasurer of the Parks and Walkways Alliance. Professionally, Alex serves as a Client Portfolio analyst at TIFF investment management, an asset management firm that specializes in small to medium size non-profits. In his free time Alex enjoys playing Tennis, Golfing and being on the water.  Alexander earned a BA in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA from the University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business.

Damon DiBurro

Co-Founder and Director of Donor Relations. Damon has participated in charitable initiatives during spare moments, including restoring homes, volunteering at soup kitchens, and serving communities in states like Colorado, Maine, Vermont, and others. A Bentley graduate with a focus on finance and management, currently contributing expertise to BRG's turnaround and restructuring program.
